All orders are sent with Royal Mail. We offer free UK 1st class delivery (untracked) on all orders 
We can not be held responsible for delays with Royal Mail, but if your order hasnt arrived within 10 working days please contact us.

*Royal Mail can experience significant delays during busy shopping periods, so please allow extra time for this. This is a rough guide, but we would recommend ordering in plenty of time if for an occasion as during holiday times, postal services can be severely delayed.
